For one vibrant day, Action Avenue transforms into an open-air arts festival where artists, makers, musicians, performers, local businesses, and the community come together to celebrate the creative spirit of Napa. Whether you’re discovering the district for the first time or returning to explore what’s new, Action Art Fest offers something for all ages.
After welcoming more than 500 attendees during our inaugural festival, we’re excited to return with even more art, interactive experiences, live entertainment, and local food and beverage offerings.
NEW FOR 2026: WINE TRAIN FUNDRAISING DINNER
The celebration begins the evening before with an exclusive Fundraising Dinner aboard the Napa Valley Wine Train on Friday, August 28. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring exceptional cuisine, Napa Valley wines, and storytelling centered on the Rail Arts District and its growing collection of public art. Proceeds from the dinner directly support future public art installations, community programming, and RAD’s mission to enrich Napa through creativity and placemaking.

Admission to Action Art Fest is free and open to the public.
